Designed as a long-term rental apartment, this 43.5 m² one-bedroom space is located in a business-class residential complex and focuses on calmness, balance, and everyday comfort.
The main goal was to create an interior beyond short-term trends — warm, timeless, and emotionally comfortable, yet with a clear character.
The concept is based on Japandi style, combining Japanese minimalism with Scandinavian warmth: clean lines, visual silence, natural textures, and a sense of order.
A soft terracotta accent adds warmth and depth without competing with the neutral base — making the interior suitable for living, resting, and working from home.
