Designed as a long-term rental apartment, this 43.5 m² one-bedroom space is located in a business-class residential complex and focuses on calmness, balance, and everyday comfort. The main goal was to create an interior beyond short-term trends — warm, timeless, and emotionally comfortable, yet with a clear character.
The concept is based on Japandi style, combining Japanese minimalism with Scandinavian warmth: clean lines, visual silence, natural textures, and a sense of order. A soft terracotta accent adds warmth and depth without competing with the neutral base — making the interior suitable for living, resting, and working from home.
Kitchen & Living Room Area
The kitchen and living room are designed as a single, calm and functional space. Minimal visual noise, soft textures, and warm natural tones create a feeling of air and balance.
The kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the overall volume and does not dominate visually. The living area is built around soft, tactile furniture in warm shades — forming an inviting and emotionally comfortable center of the apartment.
This space is designed not to impress loudly, but to soothe and support everyday life, which is especially important for rental housing.
Bedroom
The bedroom is a space for slowing down and rest. Bright contrasts were intentionally avoided — the interior is built on natural colors, soft lighting, and calm composition.
Terracotta appears delicately in textiles and accents, adding warmth and a sense of life without breaking the overall serenity. It is easy to imagine a tenant who truly rests here — not just sleeps.
Bathroom
The bathroom is minimalist and practical, yet not impersonal. It continues the Japandi balance of simplicity and warmth, while terracotta accents support the overall identity of the apartment and add visual depth.
Entrance Hall
The entrance hall creates a sense of order from the very first step: clear layout, calm colors, and functional storage solutions.
