WEST GARDEN
A realized interior where minimalism meets warm tactile textures: natural wood, large-format porcelain tiles, and muted neutral tones create an atmosphere of restrained luxury. This apartment is designed for a family that values clarity, comfort, and refined aesthetics: every zone is meticulously planned, from spatial layout to materials, furniture, and lighting design. The challenge was to preserve functionality and visual coherence despite structural constraints — the architects’ solution divided the space into two balanced areas: a private zone and a large open living-kitchen area, connected by a bright hallway and thoughtfully integrated storage systems.
Kitchen-Living Area
The heart of the apartment, designed for family evenings and entertaining guests. The central feature is a continuous visual wall clad in dark American walnut parquet, serving as a dual “backdrop” for the kitchen and living areas, concealing structural elements while linking the spaces. In front of this wall is the TV zone with a floating console that hides technology and wires, and below — a built-in electric fireplace in a Lacobel glass niche, serving as a focal point and adding a soft “warmth signature” to the interior.

The dining area emphasizes the project’s premium feel: natural wood textures, matte surfaces, and sculptural lighting create an elegant, restaurant-like atmosphere. Neutral beige upholstered furniture forms a comfortable lounge area with flexible seating arrangements.

Lighting is layered: recessed spots, designer pendants above the dining table, and linear perimeter lighting in niches. Fabrics include dense curtains and sheer tulle for flexible privacy and natural light control.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is composed in calm grey-beige tones. Vertical panels behind the bed and a low modern bed dominate the visual composition, creating a sense of depth and intimacy. Textures are subtle yet tactile: soft textiles and fine parquet provide a cozy atmosphere. Gentle integrated lighting highlights wall reliefs and forms soft layered zones for reading, sleeping, and relaxation.

The adjoining loggia serves as a personal “recovery area”: a compact chaise lounge and dressing table make it perfect for morning routines and evening relaxation, extending the bedroom’s private atmosphere while adding functionality.
Master Bathroom
Warm tones dominate the master bathroom. The compact but well-planned layout includes a bathtub, a suspended vanity with a spacious drawer, and a wide backlit mirror that visually enlarges the space. Niches and concealed handles enhance orderliness, while warm light creates a comfortable, intimate atmosphere.
Walk-in Closet
The walk-in closet shares the refined palette of the bedroom: sleek fronts, deep drawers, and integrated lighting. Zones are organized for outerwear, seasonal items, pull-out sections, and clothing shelves, ensuring silent and convenient daily use.
Parents’ Bedroom
The second bedroom is bright and quiet, designed for the parents but easily adaptable. Vertical panels and skillful use of light and shadow enhance the visual impression. A large window fills the room with natural light, while curtains and tulle provide privacy control. A wall-mounted workspace allows for a compact area for a laptop or reading without disrupting the overall aesthetics.
Guest Bedroom
Designed as a serene and harmonious retreat. Thoughtful furniture placement and built-in storage maintain order and lightness. Materials — matte surfaces, warm parquet, and soft-textured textiles — ensure comfortable acoustics and a visually peaceful environment.
Bathroom / Laundry
The second bathroom combines a shower and laundry area — a smart, compact solution for urban living. The layout accommodates a shower cabin, a vanity with storage, and columns for washer and dryer. Mirrored panels and built-in shelves, with zoned lighting — task lighting above the sink and soft general lighting — make the space functional and convenient.
Entryway
Compact yet complete: the entryway interacts with technical zones and sets the tone for the entire apartment. Large-format porcelain tiles and matte lacquered wardrobe fronts ensure durability and luxury. A built-in niche with a console table and full-length mirror visually expands the space; integrated lighting emphasizes verticals and eases navigation in the evening.
